Class Descriptions




New Students

New students are always welcome in our classes.  Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that is not too loose. Avoid eating immediately before class or eat lightly.

If you have injuries or underlying medical issues, please contact the studio for advice on which class is best for you and inform the teacher before class begins.  As always, please consult your Doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen.

Classes that are particularly new yogi friendly are Slow Flow and Precision Practice.
