Restorative Yoga Workshop with Debi
The holiday season can leave us feeling stressed and depleted. Relax your body, quiet your mind and recharge your energy with this special 2-hour workshop.
Restorative yoga is a quiet, gentle practice utilizing props (bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps) to fully support the body as we hold poses for longer periods. No previous yoga experience is required. Space is limited, so please register early. This workshop is also an excellent gift for anyone who would benefit from some after-the-holidays unwind time (and who wouldn’t?).
